The Church of Saint Sava is one of the largest in the world: at the same time more than 10,000 people can be accommodated here! The memo has the shape of a Greek cross and is located on the spot where in 1594 the Turks burned at the stake the Serbian saint Sawa. The church was designed according to the traditions of Serbian medieval architecture in 1926, but the main buildings and external works were completed only in 2003. Landmark is striking in its size and majestic simplicity. Drachenfels Castle – Bonn in history
Drachenfels Castle is a luxurious landmark in the south of the city. For hundreds of years, it served as a strategic defensive point and influenced the history of Bonn in many ways.
